Title: Tires
Post by: kustombrad on July 14, 2015, 10:44:40 PM
I know this subject has been beat to death but I'm not sure of what to do. My streamliner was built with Good Year #2284 (25") rear tires and here's where my problem lies. They're rated for 300mph and I plan in running lots faster. What's the next tire step up and who carries them? Thanks...

If you can, keep the Goodyears mounted and ready to go. Use them for testing, licensing etc. Cost per run on the MTs is quite a bit more. There is just not that much rubber on them.
