Title: One more question for a new guy

First, thanks for the reply on the chain guard question, one more: on a GAS bike, is the rule concerning handle bar mounted fuel shut off remain the same this year, only requiring it on FUEL bikes? This particular bike is carbed with an electric fuel pump, controlled by the teather switch of course, with a pingel type petcock on the tank, is this ok?
