Burly has just advised me that he isn't sure if Bill Bernstraugh, the video-ologist (?) is going to sell these after all. I've left his address on this post in case you want to ask him questions about the DVD.
This years "the Need For Speed" WOS video captured much of the hot rod, streamliner and VW racing action (Friday through Tuesday) most of us were too busy racing (or waiting in line) to see. Snippets of many of the VW's racing are interspersed throughout. 28 different VW drivers and 25 different racing VW's are seen (and a few heard) in the 1 hour and 15 minute DVD. The Inch Pincher gets my vote (and Dean Kirstens) as the best sounding VW accelerating on the salt. This is not a professionally made video but Bill enjoys a quarter century of filming experience at Bonneville. Minimal dialogue allows you to enjoy the visuals.
