You folks make it all possible.  I heard reports that there were over 200 SCTA volunteers taking part in SpeedWeek 2013.  This type of volunteerism is a big part of the allure of land speed racing. 

Not enough good things can be said about the folks who pulled it all together.

Many folks can not imagine the hours and sacrifice put in by the vols. Thanks to all.

Id also like to throw in my thanks for what seems to be a thankless job. I gave my last 4 water bottles to the end of the road gang and the guy was so happy he wanted to shake my hand. I told him I wanted to thank them not have them thank me  :cheers:

Thanks to all the nice folks on 4 for the short course and on 3.  Jill, Nathan, Jeff and others, thanks for your time, patience, understanding, kindness and encouragement.  That all of the volunteers take lots of time out of their busy lives is a real testament to what great people they are.  Even in some kind of ugly situations, the volunteers were just great.  Thank you again.

I would like to add my thanks also. The tech inspectors really seemed to have my safety in mind first and foremost and everyone was alway helpful with the paperwork (we like to switch drivers and classes). Thanks again, Phil Landry

As a first time visitor from the UK it's not until you see the place that you appreciate the scale of the place and the event.  Big thanks to everyone involved who made this event possible.  There must be so many people who go un-named whose involvement makes this possible.  You're all very much appreciated so thank you.
