Title: #343 Insight ,The Further Adventures
Post by: Bob Wanner on July 11, 2013, 09:44:21 PM
Thought it easier to put out one post on this marvelous site of Jon's than to individually write a bunch of LSR folks interested about the further adventures of the #343 car.
We had it on the Dyno the last three nights as we made some changes to the car, mostly the drivetrain and as it had not been ran at speed in over a year and a half. Turns out it was a good idea as the front end set up a real bad vibe at over 180 mph. We finally narrowed it down to the Struts but  the fix will not happen before our planned appearance this weekend at LTA.
Lots of other silly stuff happened in the interval since last racing, interested parties PM me.
So we plan on either doing fall LTA or making it out to Ohio to see what all the ECTA fuss is about.
Good Fortune to all that run in Limestone, and have a Safe weekend.
