I have a card from a photographer, Tom Shay. Were there any other photographers working, and any pics on the big end??

Tom is the president of the local club and had a few guys out. Once they forward all of their collective info, I will post it all up for you.

Is Bruce Steichen any relation to the famous Commander Edward J. Steichen who headed a special photographic unit in Task Force 58 in the Pacific during WW II?

No he is not, but he uses that reference so that other photographers will remember and hopefully pronounce his name correctly.
