blackslax,

what is the correct route to use between portland and augusta maine?

i'm thinking it's the maine turnpike (toll), as opposed to I-95.

please correct me if I'm wrong.

the house atlas has messed me up more than once- c 1985.( it was my trip map till last year).
remember when route 666 used to run through shiprock , new mexico?
the last time I went to shiprock I past it twice. 2 years earlier
it was changed to route 491.

anyway, got the ' 11 edition out of the tow vehicle
and see that I 95 is now the toll road. old I 95 is now I 295.

thanks,
