On 9-27-08 we lost a great friend and fellow racer, he was the BEST, he helped anyone with anything at anytime.  His name is Dave Owen and he will be missed by all that knew him and I am glad to have met him.

Seeing him at Bonneville during 2008 Speedweek was the tops, Dave was in awe of the salt and as usual was there helping out anyone who asked..simply put we lost a great man who will be missed by all.

Amen..same here..it was always a pleasure to watch the Kott family at the many venues we saw them at..and they nearly got a record or two at each event between Fritz and Jason..Gayle was also the SDRC club president when I became a member. cheers

Fritz will be greatly missed, hope to see the Kott family at El Mirage and any other venues Michelle and I race at.

Great video.  He was helping me fix my bike once and I saw an NOS bottle hose clamped to his old bike and I asked how he mixed nitrous and nitro.  He said "oh that's just an energy drink that I saw that at the convenience store and I thought, well let's mess with the competition a little bit".  I don't know why, it just struck me as pretty dang funny.

I barely knew him but I could tell that he put his all into the effort and I sure respect that.
