What's this?  No credits to the photographer on the three shots I took?

Could it be cuz I had Pork Pie's shots from his Canon 5D instead?  I appreciated yours...especially the "boat races" but I woulda had to enlarge 'em and lose even more resolution.   cry

Oh.  But aren't you the guy that tells me to shoot smaller files?  And so when I do -- I get hassled 'cause I didn't.  I can't win with you professional guys. . . huh

Sorry to tease you 'bout the credits.

Charles they have another quick change at that auction I am going to next week before Maxton. If you can make it, it will probably be a great deal on it, or if you'd like I can try and get it for you and bring it to Maxton with me. Just tell me how much you would pay and I will bid on it.

Here is a picture in the top right corner.

Got the QC from Revolutionary and I am currently going through it.

Just ordered new Disc Calipers... the salt just eats them up, new bearings and seals

Cut of the Firebird spring purches. Repalced all of the non-grade 8 bolts with stainless. New filter element and hoses...it has an diff oil pump that runs off the front of the housing and through a filter. new SS brake lines.

A good pressure cleaning and a coat of clear enamal and it will be read to fit into the 2100.

By the way, the people at Winters Quick Change could not be nicer to deal with. Give them the searial number and they will tell you everything you need to know.

The cylinder heads are done, the new SS headers are built. waiting on a crank and pistons.

The car is at the chassis shop getting a new cage in a cage and a .125 floor., new fire firewall. Also new weight adjustments. Boxing the trunk fllor for the QC, new fuel cell.

Then it should come home and get rewired and motor/trans installed.

Charles, I will put some pictures up. I have the Quick Change on the east coast (FL) and Robert Coady, Catagory 5 Races Cars has the Car on the west coast (FL). I am waiting on pictures of the chassis up dates. My motor is in the que at Matt's shop. there is a Toyota NASCAR motor and a Ford Nitros Motor ahead of me. That gives me time to decide turbo or centrifical. After your thoughts of plumbing an intercooler. It would be a lot faster build with a centrifical and a blow through carb, 8 to 10 psi and no intercooler. You always get me thinking Charles!

As for the "C" motor, I am thinking of buying one and sticking it in for the spring Wilmington. Then Matt and Jay can take their time on the "D" R&D/Dyno the most HP they can get out of it before Speedweek. Seems perfectly reasonable to go out buy and install a new motor over a $50 bet. Smiley

I have an ambitous business calendar this year which may interfere with my racing plans.

Bill
