engine class 7.J.9  Is replacement head defined somewhere in a earlier ruling?  I haven't read the book through many, many times yet but haven't seen it defined as to stock replacement, modified stock, special casting  ect ect.

As long as you're not running P class you can run any head you want as long as it has the same number of valves. Cases have to be oem or you move to A. Now if you're talking V I think there are some restrictions. But, if you could be more specific your question might be answered better. idk

To be specific, can a special made head with the same number of valves as production be used in modified/pushrod gas or fuel class.

LOL, yes. I was meaning who's head but that's ok...  cheers

Going by the rule you quoted I'll assume you're talking about SCTA.

SCTA yes.  This is where I probably get into trouble.  Not who's head but a one off not generally avaliable

Cool, If you make it to EM I'd like to see it. But, you can make your own if you want. It's legal.  cheers

Thanks for the help.  Right now I'm trying to decipher the rules and weigh the options.
