A wheel-driven car powered by a nonairbreathing turbine burning propellants such as liquid oxygen/kerosene or hydrogen peroxide in a hot gas generator.

Imagine the Budweiser rocket car with the outrigger wheels replaced by a driven rear axle and the rocket motor replaced by a turbine.
