headgasket is just that...?........as before if the 273 is real...KUDOS..!!!...

Bill will probably post later but I think he hurt more then a head gasket .... the engine lost power right before the timimg traps and he coasted through at 273. He said he was surprized with the recorded speed but it was going faster before the engine went away.

Spoke to Charles a few minutes ago. He went 162 with the Studebaker but left some out there ...

Has Charles made any more runs, hope he didn't hurt it.
