I have examples if you want to practice.

I'm surprised you didn't ask me for advice.

Hi Max,
I was wondering if you thought about using a gear drive instead of chain? I don't know what space limitations that your have or other mounting issues?
Either way, I'm glad to hear your still on it.

That 630 chain is one monster piece of links.  I have seen it up close at Jimmy Smiths shop, Edge Racing, Top Fuel dragbike. Also being up close at the drags when these guys put 1000 hp to the pavement and get 230 + mph in 1320 ft  in 6 seconds - Iam feelin pretty good for ya Max.
Looking forward to more pictures and updated news.

9 if you count the 2 on the car... yep they are real Moons, ya probably didn't think they made them that size.....  rolleyes

(that should open up the peanut gallery)  grin

Eric, Max explored gears as the solution for a couple of months, determined the center gear of the set would have to be in an impossible spot in the cases where the transmission was originally located.  Explored a couple of more options then one of his friends told him to look at the BIG CHAIN.  With any luck the rest will be history.
