I need help ID ing a BUB rider

I am finishing the BUB book and I have a few riders that I cannot ID because I can't see the number. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I like the shot and put it in the book even though I could not ID the pilot ... I had a few of those on bikes where I could not read the number.
