Looks like a great event from the pics and bike videos.  You need to get them on the venue's website.  Love that digital display!  May need one for the starting line and the pits at Maxton but guessing they aren't cheap.  I also like the planes in the background.  Makes it seem even more related to Maxton.  Hope I can get out there someday.

The speed displays and timing equipment are all designed and hand-built by our timing guy, Ed Raether.  They are unique and the amount of time and tears it took Ed to build them were extreme.  We are glad to have Ed in our camp -- imagine an engineer who actually knows how to build what he designs in his own shop! (Sort of like all you LSR racers, eh?)

That would be Lucian T. Hood,an architect from Los Angeles and a genuine gentleman. Was really please to have made his aquaintance. His best run was 70.4mph
