The #341 is about to make a run on the int'l course, no that's the #316, and if someone is on that course -- Bub #7 isn't running.  It's in the line and waiting, though.  Whatever -- we're on point and waiting for the first runs of the day.  Stay tuned.

By the way, another reminder that today is the final day - courses close at 3PM Mountain time.

Bub bike is on the Salt, but that's about it right now.  It looks like they'll start the run at the Zero, not the 1/2 as yesterday.  The reasoning then was 'cause the first half-mile was bumpy.  Maybe they dragged the course overnight and now they'll be able to use the extra geography for more run-up speed.

The Ack bike was being buttoned up when we were leaving here last night -- which means, I guess, that show - and - tell is over for this event.  They had a fine position -- at the entrance to the pits hard by registration.  I expect more people saw that one bike - than any other two-wheeler out here.  Nice show -- and nice folks, always ready to invite us (and other passers-by) in for a drink, even a sandwich.

Runs are proceeding here, by the way.  Not much wind at the long start of the int'l course -- where we are -- but a half-mile up the road there appears to be about 3-6 mph from the right-rear quarter (unh, that'd be about ESE).  That's a tailwind, in otherwords.

I hope you all got to see the run logs from yesterday.  That part of the meet has been running pretty well for us -- I hope for you, too.

Haven't been to the pits yet, John -- waiting here for the Bub bike run.  Will check on Sam when we can.

Leslie is on the #1976 'Busa right now -- just left this location.  Lots of wheelspin in 1st, 2nd, and even in third.  She's through the mile at 232.3!  Decent!!

Mr. Radio Announcer, SIR!, just said that Sam Wheeler is heading down here to the start.  They'll be here in 10-15 minutes -- it's a long trek.

Lots of activity at the Bub trailer now -- looks like Chris is suited and in the bike.  The tow strap is attached to the bike and to the pull-truck.

Chris is asking for wind speed checks.

Leslie Porterfield lost an air cleaner and the hose clamp.

Running a bit rough in first.  Shifts to second -- rough, then smooth, then stuttering.

Out of hearing range.  In the second mile.

Chute out in 1-2 mile.
