G'day to the down under guys. I too might need a place to park my 24 ft. enclosed trailer for a few days. Haven't checked it out, but there's got to be someplace.
BTW I have quite a few Aussie friends running bikes at Gairdner. Can you give us a list of names, who will be coming up?
Max

There's a storage company in West Wendover that has both "traditional" mini storage units -- and open area inside a fenced area. Nancy and I have stored in the mini-storage area. I think the SCTA/BNI stores stuff in the open part, and I expect there'd be room for anything you've got - although moving a shipping container in will take a bit of coordination. I'll think of the name of the storage folks pretty quick -- or you could contact the West Wendover Welcome Center and ask them for the name of the place. Email to ksupanich@westwendovercity.com and ask her for help. Also -- Mike Crawford is the owner of the CarQuest auto parts store in Wendover, Utah -- and also the chairman of the City Commission there. He'd have some information, I betcha. I don't think I've got his email address -- but you could look up the store by using a search engine and writing/emailing/calling him for help. Or go back to the Welcome Center idea -- the email addy I gave you is that of his sister, Kerry. She'll know how to contact him. Best wishes on your long trip (Bones) and your not-so-long-but-still-pretty-danged long-trip, Max.

There is a large lot across from the truck stop, ERC parks their trailer there for the race season. Contact Rick at ERC to see how that is arranged.

Stainless: Why didn't I remember that? You're right, of course. Easy access for breakfast and lunch, too.

Hey Bones, glad to hear you are again comming to this side of the pond, how about bringing the sidecar outfit for a run at the BUB!!!!!............I am certain Ev would be more than ready to ride passenger........ When you see Terry, give him my congratulations on a great Vincent sidecar run......did he have his passenger in the chair? ?

Hi Bak, EV may have a ride with Nathan McBride on a turbo suzuki sidecar but is willing to ride anything that is fast.Come to think of it so am I.(any offers?) Terry and I are riding his Vincent sidecar and hoping to take home a couple of records We are not allowed to take a passenger.DLRA rules are similar to SCTA rules Will we see you at Speedweek Bak? Looking forward to seeing everyone at BUB and hearing the Vincents thunder cheers Bones

Bones, no we will not be at Speedweek this year......only the BUB.......I am really sorry to hear that the DLRA have taken the SCTA rules verbatim............I would have thought a more progressive way of thinking would be prevalent in the land of Oz, and that passengers would be allowed in the chair........... Hopefully in the future the rule makers within the DLRA can start doing their own thinking..................... See you all at the BUB...
