Rear Height Rule

I beleive we should allow the rear height rule to be no maximum for height allowance. The current rule of 36" makes most NEW bikes illegal example Hayabusa. With chances of improving aero and going faster we should allow innovation to go faster.

Well, I'd like to see the rule allowing me to have a taller tail section, too -- after seeing some photos Pork Pie took of me at speed, I can see how there must be a big burble following me down the course. Another 6" of height in the tail section would be enough to allow the bike and my butt to present a clean angle to the air. It'd be interesting to experiment, at least -- don't know if it'd make much difference.
ECTA allows Scott Guthrie (and others, I suppose) to have a much taller rear section -- I wonder if he's quantified the changes this higher back end brings about.

Seat height and tail height are two different things and the Only one that really matters is the Max overall height. Maybe 42 inches? At least 40 inches!

I agree on this one. 36" is awfully short on the tail, and few bikes come from the factory that low. It's a big PITA. Guess I could go through tech with flat tires
