Hello to All, I opted to post this on the BUB forum, because you are the folks I know. However, this also goes out to everyone involved with the most awesome place we know called "The Bonneville Salt Flats".
No matter what your faith or belief; I would like to take this opportunity to wish upon you all a most blessed holiday season, and an equally joyous New Year.
This Bonneville year certainly had its ups and downs; so I ask that we all stop and take a moment to ask for thanks for what we have received, ask for comfort for those who have lost, and ask for peace for not just our own families, but all around the globe.
...and lastly, may we all be ever blessed with the most joyous of all feelings... "Salt Flats Fever".
Hope to see you all soon & God Bless Drew Gatewood your humble technical steward

On 9-27-08 we lost a great friend and fellow racer, he was the BEST, he helped anyone with anything at anytime. His name is Dave Owen and he will be missed by all that knew him and I am glad to have met him.
Seeing him at Bonneville during 2008 Speedweek was the tops, Dave was in awe of the salt and as usual was there helping out anyone who asked..simply put we lost a great man who will be missed by all. J

Thanks Drew - It seems like this time of year really is a time to be thankfull. As Nation once known as "the melting pot" we do have much to give thanks for. If Grandpa & Grandma didn't decide to leave Italy and go to America in 1900, I most likely would not have had the joy of meeting some of the coolest people on the planet in this LSR community. Thats just one thing I am thankfull for this year. Barb & I wish you all good health, and happiness in the new year. Pray for Peace on Earth. Jimbo
