I saw that 7a bike a lot. But don't think I ever saw it off the trailer. Anybody that can tell me something about it?

Outstanding Pics Jim Most of mine are coupes, Studes and bikes, they were the most interesting to me... The comp coupes were usually very interesting and so were the Stude variations Sometimes they arrived in the same package....

jdincau.....Awesome!! A Hollywood Graham for the salt! Those were amazingly small, with the unit body and all....Thanks for the pic!
There has to be a great story behind that one, if anyone knows??
Here's a few more 1969
1. I love this shot of all the people at the line, and the way we dressed back then. Notice the early days of "video" from the back of the pickup, getting ready to push off the roadster (I hope he wound up the mainspring on that movie camera).
2. One of the great Studebakers and a real fast Camaro that spun a couple times. We'd watch him head up the course, then a few minutes later we'd see a "mirror flashing in the sunlight" which was the reflection off the windshield as he went around in circles.
3. The timing tower and the "air ambulance" (so we were told).
4. In the motel parking lot...me on my Honda Benly 125 pitbike, getting ready to cruise town with some other fellows. We didn't find much exciting, as I recall.

Re: page 11, two bikes and two spectors.
Don't remember the streamliner #7a but the silver #48 is my Honda.
I have pictures of our stuff in 6" of water from the end of the road to the pits.

Bike 7A was a friend of Fred Larsen and I think the last name was Camp. His son rode it. They also ran a small displacement solo bike.

The front end of Vesco's bike liner. Pay attention to the Snap On tool to tighten the nut.
