I know that Jim Travis has a Pantera but don't recall him ever taking it to the salt. I'm afraid I'm being a bit blonde today so can somebody remind me how to add a pic to a post. I know you click on Additional options and then browse to find the pic you want to add -but then what??
Cheers
Robin

Stainless - Any idea if the pic of the 219 Stude was taken the year (1980) it set the D/CBGC record at 209 and change? That's the one we're going to chase, so it's got some sentimental value.

Nice sidecar photo, Stainless -- even the pit bike (background, on the left) is a hack. Bob Bakker will be happy that you put up such a photo. So am I. Thanks.

The #700 Corvette is Jerry Jones and Bob Beaty. Rich is right #303 is Tom Finn it was # 300 Logan and Dincau before that.

Snap, probably, but anyone that knows when the 411 went 258.527, I think they were taken the same year since the camera format is the same. Here is one from an earlier year, when it ran A/G, that would be during the time period that blown was 2 classes up. The other one has 2 more window stickers so I would guess this one is 78 or 79 and the other is 80.

You mean Sum, or Stainless, right? I don't have much in the way of old photos -- must be a misspelling of names, that's it, right?
Wind chill temperatures forecast for -10 tonight, down to -35by Thursday night.

Since I couldn't do a rodster (same as a roadster), how about 2 pictures of a half a rodster.... Nice V8 on 2 wheels... And a few more, the Triumph used to be legal.... and there is a roadster in the background

For some reason the Finn and Son Vega didn't hang around for long before being replaced with a Monza. I have some pictures of the Boss 302 powered motorcycle. He told me that he went 160 I think and had to lay down (tuck) on the tank which sucked his jacket into the carburator and shut it off. Rode the thing out there I think.
