AT 66 that might have fallen on deft ears- grin---LOL-- cheers-at Jon's age- cry---probabaly would have registered shocked

Yup.  I know where I'm at.  But then I'm not married, so I guess that makes a bit of a difference.  Smiley  And I don't have any goldfish or other critters (unless ya count the spiders in the basement, but they can take care of themselves.)

No problem for me makin a decision.

Terry, if and when you see this, I'm so sorry. I know how hard you and your crew work. You'll be back and get that Dodge record. I have utmost faith in you all.

Thanks, Slim, for all you do. As a fellow Montanan, wish I could be there to cheer the Birklands on. Tom's Dad Gene used to be the tech guy that checked our car when we drag raced in Lewistown, Mt. in the 60's. Gene has to see this happen. Hang in there Birklands, and "GET 'ER DONE". Doug

J. Noonan:

Why didn't you say so earlier?  I talked with FIM Charlie for about a half-hour at the end of the day today...and didn't know that you wanted me to ask him to hurry it up.  I'll try to catch up with him tomorrow and ask that he get a move on.

Thanks to all.  And I agree -- Jonathon, your choice of words was regrettably hilarious.

More play-by-play tomorrow, boys and girls.  Good night!

Final post before crash into bed.  I got all of today's photos (at least the keepers) editied and posted on photobucket:

There are a couple I'm holding over for tomorrow, just for technical reasons (is that  like a wardrobe malfunction, ya think?)

I'll be out on the salt as early as there's light for photos.

Jon/Nancy,

Reading the days runs fills in the blanks. Just like Speedweek, WoS, etc. even if you are on-site a person cannot keep all the pieces together. Also, another thanks for ruining my rep. A photo of me and ice tea!!! I should have pushed the can lower in the cool cup.

See you in the AM, Cook has us on the salt at 6,
