Willie,

Looks great however I see a few complaints Kaz will have.

1. It's not Green or polished!

2. The paint got scratched after the first time I tried to use it :?

3. Where does it go  :-o

BTW, Kaz knows I am kidding..

Kaz,

Did you get the bike sorted out yet?, everytime we talk you tell me "it's getting tuned" are you going to be ready?

Where are you staying?  There is a a pre entry ( I think you have one already) and a few rooms listed as available on this site..

Good luck and see you there..

J/N aka-The Worlds Fastest,
I Just finished laying 24 feet of e-track in my trailer :-P! My Race Bike is at the Turner's as it was just in a photo shoot for PLAYGIRL LATINO MAGAZINE ! I'm in a couple issue's with HOW LOW my Body is :x.I'm {GOD WILLING} getting it tuned up tommorrow?
So If I don't get everything Finished in Time I might have to ride Him NAKED :??
I'm looking into a moterhome rental if my Fiend fly's out to Help :|.
If Not I'm gonna have to stay away from You and Michelle !
I'm Not sure what I'm gonna do as EVERYTHING is always Last Minute even when I try to be ready ahead of Time !
If I'm Not Try'n I'm Die'n!
Hope to see you there.
Thanks,
Kaz..................

KAz,

Why is your bike at "Turners"? I know they are having a great deal on spinning rods however what is it doing a sporting-goods store/hunters paradise..?

J/K

BECAUSE He's the Only one here in Vegas that knows how to tune my Turbo on Methanol V-rod setup! Gotta allot of new Things to sort out,and you{or anyone for that matter}
 won't help me :?

Kaz,

You are incorrect and I will leave it at that, we all have helped you in one way or another however ask yourself not what can the LSR world do for Kaz, ask Kaz what he can do for the LSR world..

None of us can tune or build your bike because most of us have gone on to faster bikes and have told you all along that if you want to go real fast you better get a late model Japanese sportbike and at this time the bikes to beat at ALL LSR venues are Busa powered.

Now go Lazor remove that V-Rod for life Tattoo on your chest and go find a Busa project like Scott did..

Willie,

Sorry about the thread jack and again very cool lift..can you make one for Kaz that he can operate by himself since nobody will help him?

Help him, heck half the time I can't understand him!   :-o

But I do have to agree, you get more out of life and more help for yourself by helping others! Especially in LSR!!!

I think when choosing which bike to pilot you have to consider what your goal is first. If you want to run with the big dogs you better be running what the big dogs run! For me, I wanted to get in the ECTA 200 mph club so what did I do, bought a bike to start as the platform for what was already proven could be done! All it took was a little creativity on my build & in choosing which class to do it in! Heck, I haven't even gotten to the point of fighting for that last mph.... yet! To me that's a fun project. Success along the way & room to grow!

I like seeing the Vmax, the Vrod, the pushrods, the Harley's, the small CC's the 2-strokes and the side cars run as long as they don't think they're going to take on the Busa! The ones that see their project for what it is and what it can be are the ones that are truly happy & successful! But if you're running the Vrod or the Vmax and think you're going to outperform the busa without dumping 2, 3, 4 times the money into it then you're delusional! But hey, if you've got that kind of scratch, go for it!

btw, I don't consider it a threadjack, I prefer to think of it as evolution of the conversational thread!  (but I will apologize to Willie if he feels jacked!)

Deb

PS: to Willie, I know I keep saying it but I really do like to see your work & I'm really excited to see your bikes in person!

LSR is a great sport and I don't care what color the vehicles are if it's a push rod, v-rod, turbo busa, nos or what ever. Our clocks only record the ET of that given time trap. We still have the best seat in the house and enjoy the great show put on by the racer on 2  or  4 wheels. It's your choice to build what you want and compete that's important :-D

Deb

PS: to Willie, I know I keep saying it but I really do like to see your work & I'm really excited to see your bikes in person!

Oh, come on Deb.  I picked a fight with the Busas.  But I made sure the fight was one I had a chance to win.(naked) Like fighting a guy that is much larger then you... you do it in a small area.  I picked the fight with the Busa where they don't get to use their aeros.  Last year I fended them off by .1 mph and this year they bump up the speed so I have my work cut out for me.    In the future when they refer to this LSR time as the Busa era, hopfully they'll have to put a foot note down for a Vrod and an old out of date Vmax.

Bill
P.S.  The Vmax was name from Velocity Maximum
and as for the new vmax, governed top speed of 136.71mph (220kph) it must be some type of liability thing. It is geared for 180mph (darn shaft drive  :x )
