Covering bulkhead holes
«
on:

I am about to cover the factory holes in the bulkhead behind the rear seat that separates the passenger compartment from the trunk. The metal bulkhead is stamped sheet steel and the holes range in size from 0.5 inch to 2.5 inches. The fuel tank will be in the trunk.
I'm looking for options so any ideas are welcome.

Two sheet metal punchouts from a bigger hole saw and a 1/4-20 screw and nut to hold them together. Or two sheet metal squares held in place with a couple of pop rivets.
