hi,

i made a spreadsheet in ms-excel for my me and my tuner but thought someone else on this list might find use for it also...

you enter your primary ratio, tire diameter, gear ratios and sprockets and it generates a table of mph by rpm, as well as a graph with traces for each gear by rpm and mph.  ...harder to describe than it is to use.

if you want a copy of the file, send me a private message.

 cheers,
 rd

This has been discussed on the "list" many times, GEARCALC can be searched or go to www.locost7.com/gearcalc and it will let you down load the program. I have used it and found it very beneficial when having my Tex Racing trans built. Good Luck. J.D.
