Kevin, this picture might help you. The items missing are a cooler full of ice and gatorade/water, sunglasses, sunscreen, a video camera to mount on tripod, camera, a full brimmed hat, lip gloss and a massage table and some muscular arms.

To get a lot of rides go for a AMA/FIM record and be the first in line each morning which means be on the salt before the sun rises. That means no girlie shows and trading war stories around the bar the night before.

We no longer bring an air compressor, just a big bottle of compressed nitrogen. It runs all our air tools and fills the tires.
