Hub City is the outfit that Tom Burkland worked with for the sign turner drives he used in the liner.  They come in HD cast iron boxes, a 10 inch that goes to 1.5:1 and a 12 inch that will fit a 1:1.  They are not cheap and You need to make a few parts...  oh, they are a bit  heavy as well.  Gear sets are a but pricey, we had a 1.5 in the liner,  I ordered a 2:1, about $2500 for the gears to change it.
