SOLD Hayabusa Lakester for sale SOLD

I am selling this for my friend Dick Chapman***

This is his lakester he has for sale. He has a ton of build pictures available to anyone interested.                                                          
A little about the car:

Powered by 204hp Suzuki Hahabusa 4 cyl motorcycle motor. six speed tranny.Dyno info available.

This car was inspected and certified by scta in 2011 at Bonneville.

Independent rear suspension,chain drive with disc brake


Early Ford straight axle.

Rack and pinion steering with removable custom steering wheel.

Gauges are from Hahabusa mounted into a custom dash.

Seat and foot pedals are adjustable for different height driver.


4" Good Year front runner tires with coil over shocks on all four corners.

Seven point Simpson harness.


Special parachute in a tube made just for this car.


Everything purchased for this car was the best and safest he could find at the time.

All fasteners that matter are grade eight with nylocks.

He's asking $40,000.00 OBO OR trade for early hot rod (28 - 34) with some cash.

Yes it did.  Made 3 passes for licensing, the last pass at 164mph.

Bockscar is the current class record holder in this class, tough one to beat at over 220 mph. Sure would be fun trying though.

There are no records that cannot be beat.... almost every record out there beat another record to get into the book  :-D

I would love to have that sitting in my shed now  :-D......but there is 40,000 reasons it will never be  :cry:.....good luck with the sale
