I love the USA. How much longer will we be a free nation?

Asking questions is one's only way of getting answers.

That makes two of us Steve! But you are way ahead of me!

We're coming again and I can't wait!  I thought it would have just been a "once in a lifetime" trip from the UK for us but the wife happened to mention she'd go again.  So before she had chance to change her mind I booked flights and sorted our route.  I've also got the poster from this year framed and sat on my desk at home.  So I get to sit back and enjoy the memories of 2013 whenever I take my eyes off the laptop.

Funny thing Phil, the first time I went to the salt it was wet.  The drop off from Lands End to the salt was into a hub deep lake.  The carpet in the RV went from green to white.  Everything got covered in salt.  I said to my wife as we were driving through the brine lake to get off the salt "If I never see this dump again I won't miss it".  I guess I didn't clean off enough salt.  I've been going back every year since.  Plans are already laid for next year.
Get off the stove Grandad.  You're too old to be riding the range.

Hi Andrew, what class are you running?  We'll definitely try and find you, always good to check in with some fellow Brits to see how we're all coping with the heat.  I was on the Isle of Man this year and see the Manx Gas bike from 2012 which is supposed to be heading back next year.  Will have to drop them a line and see how their plans are coming along.

I wish I could be there next year but that won't happen. 2015 is my aim with or without a car. :-D

Try and do next year w/o the car. You will learn so much and be ahead of the curve when the car is done.

Was assuming that 2015 would be my earliest opportunity to run the salt, but to my complete surprise, the 2014 dates actually fall in a pretty good spot for me work-wise. Now it's kind of down to cash and time...I'll do my best!

Oddly enough that's what it always seems to come down to for me. Not enough time or not enough money. Luckily this year I have time on my side, and hopefully with time I can keep the cash flowing into my project!

Trent, besides the learning, do you honestly believe I'd want to come back home after being there?.  :-D
