Target550 is proud of the contribution Ray makes to our website.

There is absolutely no reluctance to have him do fotos on any part

of any post. He also has the final word on editing every post.

His photographic understanding is a needed part of the website.

The hours he spends photographing all of the events on the salt

gives him an advantage that can only be described one way: experience.

We are most fortunate to have him as one of us.

Ray- G'day from Oz. Thank you for the fantastic photos- a donation is on the way; it will come through as "John" Carroll (not Denis) I am building a C4 here in Oz, and the vette photos are very helpful- especially the V-A 3838 - I just love that car.

'''''if you scroll down on Ray's chevyasylum main page, on the bottom, right side, is my photo work.'''

sweet PORK PIE.....you did travel pretty darn far, on multiple airplaine rides to provide them.....

between you and Ray and a few others....there will be ALOT of happy satisfied people having those
priceless images and all that they capture....!!

is there a donate button for Pork Pie...?...

thats ALOT of seriously expensive gear being utilized......alot of airfare and miles for all....and the experience behind these
cameras is truly tremendous...

One of the many many perks of working 14 hour days out in the hot sun is every once in a while someone is nice enough to give you a little swag.  One such piece of swag I got was a shirt that said www.runs-on-salt.com on it.  I got home, gave it a wash, tried it on and it fits nicely.  Decided to check out the site and was impressed by the quality of the pics.  So, with that, give it a go: http://www.runsonsalt.com/

BTW what I really like about looking at such nice pics is that it's almost like being there and although it's barely been a month, I wish I were there again now.

Besides kool shirts, Ralph Komives is a great photographer...even if he DOES drive a Mustang.   :-D  Here's the link for the 2013 SW http://www.runs-on-salt.com/2013/2013_Bonneville_Speed_Week_Photos.html

Ohh...and he's a real nice guy.

I finally got around to uploading some of my pics to my new and improved website. There's only a couple of hundred, so if you're sick of wrapping Christmas presents, take a break and check them out. :)
