Hot and dry ,chance of a storm mid week
but its dry enough it would take more than a 1/2 inch of rain to cause problems  for more than a few hours
so were optimistic  :-D

Leaving in a couple of hours to pickup Jim then on to the lake

Maybe see you out here next year

Man-o-man, I sure hope the weather stays great this time.  After a couple of rainouts -- you all deserve a fine race course.  Of course there's the issue of -- what'll your excuse be when things don't go right 'cause you didn't get prepared in time?  I mean -- a couple of years to get ready oughta make for perfect everything, right?

Well, no matter whether you break parts or a record - Nancy and I wish each and every one of the folks at lake Gairdner the best of times:  Be safe, of course, but have fun and go fast.  We'll all be thinking about you.  Send reports if you can -- I'll do my best to get them on the website.

OK, I want to know what's going on! It's difficult to get info out from the track,, it's so remote, but hey, who knows?

It;s not that difficult. you just have to want to get it done. We did it back in 2006 provided the website and viewers updates on the event. Surely 7 years later there would be more solutions available today then really what we would call a prehistoric 7 years ago as far as technology is concerned.

You're right Jon, it's not impossible, but I think everyone is so 'stir crazy' after two years delay, that communicating with the rest of the world has been overlooked in the rush to just get out there racing!  :-D

I just wish I was out there too, 2010 was my first trip and I think I got the fever!

I'm sure some news will leak out via the satelite phone sooner or later!

Cheers!
