high pressure pump

gday..... Does such a beast exist looking for a 12vdc water pump that can do 300psig minimum and 7 ltrs an hour ? searching has found only up to 160psig...chasing 1 micron droplets through a fogger nozzel and 300psig is the minimum pressure needed.Setting up a pre compressor impeller (turbo)water injection system...... if a pump is not available has anyone used compressed air as the pressure source?
cheers

Can you run two of the 160psi units in series?
Running gas class to be using water?
Cheers

Gary;
I think the compressed air idea is the best approach. It should not take a large air tank since the volume of water injected will not be too large. A standard 2200psi tank with a regulator should work.
A 300psi water pump is mighty hard to find.

For our diesel truck we have a self contained water/meth injection system which is 12v dc powered and delivers water/meth at pressures up to 600psi,its fully adjustable too,the outfit that puts the setup together is called Scheid diesel.

I've been fooling around with water/meth injection since the early 70's. Used air tank pressure and high pressure pumps. One of the best systems out there today is
http://www.alcoholinjectionsystems.com/Water-Injection-Pump/c29/index.html
. His pumps will go to 250 psi. If your going that high it's recommended to use two pumps to maintain a solid pressure and volume. His nozzels work very well and are designed for his pumps. Rodney the owner knows his business and eat-sleeps and dreams about water/meth systems.

12vdc haldex hydraulic pump. Water and meth cut with some light oil and you will have all the psi you need. Will need a charging system to handle it though.
