You may not have seen them but they were there in fuel class.

If you are currently using a Pingel Guzzler you can send it in to be converted to a shut off handle bar style and save a substantial amount, I was told yesterday that turn around time is only a few days.

This is the Pingel petcock I have mounted to my RD400 tank. The release lever is mounted to the left side handle bar.

To set on open, turn the butterfly on the valve body and push the handle bar thumb switch closed. The cable has a brass ferrule that drops into a recess on the valve body. This holds the spring loaded valve in the open position. When you thumb the switch it pulls and withdraws the cable and the valve springs to closed positon.
