Mayor Crawford and I have been kicking around Ideas for Camping, Barbecue and Movies on the Museum site During all of the Salt Flats events.. We are working on leveling the ground and showing some decent progress by August.
If anyone has Ideas, Donations of time, Money, Food, Home Movies ect... Please contact myself or Mayor Crawford.

Thanks
John

Okay, Mike -- Nancy and I have thought about it already.  But - there's lots more to it than just dec laring a new location - being that so many of the Salt Talks folks are from the camping area at the bend in the road.  Wanna get together and talk about how we could make it work?

oh didnt you hear they, the BLM is going to make the bend in the road a lake and stock it with fish and everything, so the new site is a no brainer, unless you are going to bring a house boat. Hey sharks on the flats has a nice ring to it............

Oh, really?  Gee, that will make Wendover, Utah, into a multi-user recreational wonderland -- salt water fishing as well as dry lake racing.  Who could ask for more?
