When racing a 2 stroke, how do pre mixing the gas and oil work with needing to seal the gas tank for the gas class?

Bring your two stroke oil and a gas can over to the fuel vender. He will sell you gas and you add the mix. He will seal the tank and can.

While I am not an ECTA official, may I caution you that the can of oil used for mix be factory sealed. If all of it is not used the can could be resealed rather than waste it. This is what we do at the salt.

I was thinking the same thing, Dan.  Thanks for mentioning it.  Are you back in the continental 48 states -- or still on hiatus in the Adriatic Sea (or wherever you were)?

Been back since 12/30. Had to leave Key West, they were expecting 100K people for the drag queen's red shoe drop at midnight on 12/31.

About ten years ago Nancy and I were walking along DuVal Street in Key West on a fine summer evening.  The guys were strolling on the street, too, and were looking and smiling and waving and whistling.  Being the proud guy that I am -- I mentioned them to Nancy - so she could bask in the fun they were offering.  She looked at me and said "Hon, they're not looking at ME!" undecided undecided

Yep, you must have been on the "arts district" end of Duval St. I had to explain that to my wife and mother-in-law.

David,
What 2 stroke are you planning?  Will you be at Ohio for April?
