Indeed!  Won't they all be ashamed if they get beat by a pickup truck?!?!?

I saw your post on our video from Maxton... the bumps at Maxton were tough, but Ohio promises to be smooth as silk!

Those bumps at Maxton were unsettling for the higher horsepower cars, but nothing like that darn wind at B-ville last year.... I was blown off the course at 185mph just before you spun, and was down there telling the officials they shouldn't let people run when you went off.  How was that ride???

I wasn't driving, but that run produced a red hat, a spin at 280, and a new front end. grin. All in all it was a success. afro

What I will miss from Maxton is

1. The People
2. The Character of the Track,,, it does make you pay close attention from start to finish to shutdown to return road..
dodging cracks and craters on the return road with 10 degrees of caster and a locked rear end is a chore !!
3. The close proximity to my house...  2 hours 15 minute drive...

What I will not miss is ..

Huh??

What I look forward to is the  SMOOTH runway at Ohio...
"Let there be Traction"

See ya

I was driving ready to hit the chute at any time as it felt loose all the way untill it started to spin just before the end of the three. It wasn't windy at the start but a few rain drops were falling [not many] .After spinning I noticed bottom panels of chute were completly wet, so it must have been raining more in the 3 mile area and windier. Not happy abot spin but happy
car stayed flat spinning at that speed. Remember seeing hood way up in the air and thinking [Dodge] cry We had a lot of work in that hood, now we have to do another.

It may not be a naturally aspirated engine but it gets the job done.
I figured since your posting vids of how rough the track was I'd throw this one up as well.
It's old and most of you have seen it already but if you watch the car and track reacting together it's quite interesting.

Too bad you don't "qualify" for this challenge... the Evo would take the cake!
A "G" motor plus turbo... that's about the same as an NA "C" motor, right?  evil

Actually under the SCTA rules the Turbo would only bump you 2 motor classes, Mike would be a "D" motor...But he's Fuel Now, you guys are running Gas, I think?

I don't know that he's running fuel, unless he's added a meth/water kit...
Don't think he needs to add N20 to the 2.0L with 40psi  grin
