Ok, it might be old news to you, I'm not sure what is going on.

HI everyone. We have a crisis on our hands. The DRECP, Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan I have been talking to you about came out with their maps and now they want to take 2300 Acre from El Mirage and other areas including some SVRA (state Recreation Areas)

The map on the DRECP web site shows their area of interest is the entire southwest desert covering millions of acres. Where does it say they want 2300 acres from El Mirage? The "Renewable Energy Study Area" covers El Mirage and tens of thousands of other acres.
