GEH458, I don't think you understand, we are hoping mother nature helps cure the dry lake bed and give a better surface. The BLM is (so the story goes) is doing some dune removal and hope to widen the surface area we run on.

When I retire (2 years) I will make at least one run to El Mirage ... would like to race there but even as a spectator it would be sweet.

Yep, most racers like a challenge.

At El Mirage one challenge can be seeing......  grin
