mounting wheel discs
«

I know the rules say either 3 dzus fasteners or 6 machine screws to mount wheel discs. My wheels are set up perfect to use 4-1/4 inch grade 8 bolts to mount them. Would this be a problem passing tech? Or would I be alright to mount them this way? Thanks for your help with this matter.

You would
not
pass tech at an SCTA event. I'm also going to guess that it wouldn't pass the muster at an ECTA either. The rule say's 3 Dzus or 6 fasteners just as you said.

Thanks for the replies decided to just use 4-dzus fasteners instead of the bolts. Its better to stay within the rules instead of creating controversy. Thanks again
