I will be there too,,, I will be teching cars on Friday.

I will be putting  a new and bigger C motor in my #805  1953 Studebaker.

My Best pass in July was 188.311mph,,, Hoping to better that and make the 200 club.

Would like a 215mph pass,, but will be happy with a 202...heck even a 200.001 !!!!

See you all there.

Well it is an open bike with no fairing  but it is about 4 inches lower then the sit up frame ... 2 years ago at Loring I went 151 with this engine in the sit up bike with Air Tech KR fairing ... rock steady and an easy ride.  I would like to do that speed with this set up ... I went 146 naked at Bonneville without a fairing soooooo it is feasible ...

I'm planning to be there to volunteer and run my 1973 Suzuki T500.  It's production class so my goal is to get down the track w/o seizing!  Oh, I expect to run 125mph.

I will be volunteering again and running the blue Cuda in time only.  My wife will also be volunteering.  I am hoping to get a slip for the 135 I'm allowed to run.

I will be there aiming to raise my G/BGSS record to 160 mph. A new cam, higher fuel pressure, water injection and more ignition advance should help.

If the Flathead Ford V-8 motor is back together in the Lakester {hurt it pretty bad in July} I will try to run the mistress {wifes new name for car} once again. So far the Speed Gods at Loring have not been kind to me but I will keep on trying. As for goals Im trying for my 175 run to get that checked off my helmet.
BUT my first pass will be an easy one to see if things are sorted out! Dont want to give the fire and rescue guys another opetunity for hands on experiance like I did on my one and only run in July when I ended up with a small fire in the engine compartment thats not fun. huh
But if the car is not ready we will be there helping where we can.

The Chapman frame will have the 1000 cc engine in it and will make at least one pass
