I am bringing a lakester to Bonneville this year with a stock 2006 Hayabusa engine. Could some one give me a safe (not too lean) starting place for the air/fuel mixture. I do have a Power Commander and a Wide Band Commander both from Dyno Jet installed in the car.

For NA I would run:

12.3-12.8:1

When I ran NA I tuned in Portland at 13:1 and it sat on 12:5 (*best as I can remember) on the salt.
Should be very safe with good fuel.
Other opinions should be also considered....
